What Makes My Approach Different?

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, resilience, trauma, and organizational well-being.

As a licensed psychologist, researcher, consultant, and professor, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the challenges organizations face today. I help leaders and teams understand how stress, adversity, culture, and human behavior influence engagement, performance, and organizational health.

Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with founders, executives, and CEOs navigating the unique demands of leadership, while also partnering with organizations to strengthen team well-being, resilience, and workplace culture. This experience allows me to understand both the individual challenges leaders face and the broader organizational dynamics that influence performance and success.

I understand that leadership can be both rewarding and isolating. Leaders are often expected to support others while managing significant responsibility, uncertainty, and pressure themselves. My work helps leaders develop the insight, resilience, and strategies needed to lead effectively while sustaining their own well-being.

What makes my approach unique is my expertise in trauma and resilience. While many consultants focus on surface-level solutions, I help organizations understand the deeper factors that shape how individuals and teams respond to challenge, change, uncertainty, and stress. By integrating evidence-based practices with practical strategies, I help leaders and organizations build healthier cultures, stronger leadership, and more resilient teams.

My work is not only focused on understanding adversity, but also on identifying the individual, team, and organizational factors that foster resilience, growth, and long-term well-being. Whether supporting a founder navigating rapid growth, advising executive leadership during periods of transition, or consulting with organizations seeking to improve employee well-being and engagement, my goal is to help people and systems thrive under pressure and adapt successfully to change.

Ultimately, I help leaders and organizations move beyond simply managing challenges to building the capacity to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of change.
